Requirements
3+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or a related technical role.
Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is a plus.
Proficiency with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and API integrations.
Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation is highly valued.
Strong grasp of Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration patterns; ability to configure actions, connect data sources, and troubleshoot agent workflows.
Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and common business systems (HRIS, ERP, finance tools) is a plus.
