Associate Social Media Engagement Manager

3-5 years of experience in social media community management or engagement roles

Experience managing community engagement across multiple platforms

Strong understanding of modern parent and family audiences

Experience using social listening and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)

Experience escalating CX and product issues appropriately

Experience working with family oriented, kids or parenting brands

to help shape how Nex shows up for parents every day, and during our biggest moments.

The Associate Social Media Engagement Manager owns the day-to-day execution of community management across Nex’s social channels while collaborating closely on strategy.

You’ll be the frontline voice of the brand, engaging parents, surfacing insights, and ensuring our social community feels responsive, welcoming, and on-brand.
