Social Media Engagement Manager

to help shape how Nex shows up for parents every day, and during our biggest moments.

The Associate Social Media Engagement Manager owns the day-to-day execution of community management across Nex’s social channels while collaborating closely on strategy.

You’ll be the frontline voice of the brand, engaging parents, surfacing insights, and ensuring our social community feels responsive, welcoming, and on-brand.
