Requirements

Floor Nurse:

We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.

What we need from you:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL

Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred

Experience with the behavioral health population is helpful as well

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT.  We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.

Responsibilities

Floor Nurse (RN or LPN) - Deliver Compassionate Care in Skilled Nursing

Hourly Wage:

LPN = $35.50/hr  RN = $44/hr
