Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position are to monitor, direct and motivate the performance of a team of Production Technicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiencies.
Ensure that product is manufactured according to deadline.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to perform troubleshooting/process and product improvement experiments.
Organize all the daily activities within the laboratory including safety, maintenance, supplies and calibration of equipment.
Provide technical guidance for team members. Help team members overcome technical problems. Increase the knowledge of all team members.
