Guest Room Attendant

Capability to push, pull, and maneuver supply carts weighing approximately 200 pounds

Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks including kneeling, reaching, stooping, bending, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting

Proficiency in the safe and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and hospitality-grade sanitizing agents

Prior experience in guest room attendant or housekeeping positions within hospitality environments

Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices for guest accommodations

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms in accordance with company and departmental standards while ensuring the security and integrity of guest accommodations and their contents.

Execute comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of assigned guest rooms according to established company and departmental standards, including:

Changing and properly securing bed linens

Collecting soiled bath linens and replenishing with fresh, sanitized linens

Dusting and sanitizing all hard surfaces

Vacuuming and maintaining carpeted areas
