Bilingual Corporate Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Strong knowledge of ATS systems (preferably Workday) and digital sourcing/research tools.

Partner with global hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies for multiple regions.

Execute full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Utilize diverse sourcing channels across regions, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, community networks, search engines, and direct outreach.

The Corporate Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions, partnering with business leaders to identify and hire top talent worldwide. This role requires expertise in global sourcing strategies, cross-cultural candidate engagement, and full lifecycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is experienced in corporate recruiting, comfortable navigating different labor markets, and able to influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization.
