Network Operations Logistics Specialist

● 2+ years experience in a Customer Service role.

● 2+ years of practical experience in Maintenance or Logistics.

● Experience in Logistics Operations with knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance, FMCSA, and HOS

This intermediate level position provides network operations support including on road escalation incidents for Carvana-employed auto haulers delivering cars to customers nationwide.

● Assist in resolving real-time on road incidents moving across the Logistics Network by providing real-time incident management and support to all drivers.

● Serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates.

● Provide real-time support to Logistics field teams while maintaining route integrity and service levels.

● Minimize postponed deliveries through root cause analysis and continuous monitoring of exceptions.

● Use multiple internal systems to gather data and troubleshoot issues that may arise during transit.
