15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 10+ years in engineering leadership roles.

Proven experience leading web application teams in a high-scale SaaS or data-intensive environment.

Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and API-driven platforms.

Experience building and scaling platforms that support multiple product teams.

Track record of developing strong engineering leaders and building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
