Supply Chain Administrator

High school graduate or equivalent, some coursework in business or supply chain a plus

Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Exposure to transacting in any ERP system a plus

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

High attention to detail and follow-through

: $20-$23/hour, depending on experience

The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Supply Chain department – ensuring timely delivery of materials and information from supply base to Axis project teams. Reporting to the Manager of Shared Services, this entry-level position will provide support to our Buyers and Shipping and Receiving Clerk while developing the foundation for advancing their career in supply chain. The ideal candidate for this role is tenacious, process-oriented, and a strong communicator.

Updating ERP system with purchase order confirmations from the supply base

Follow up on mismatched promise dates vs. required dates

Ensuring that confirmed price and terms match purchase order price and terms

Escalating discrepancies affecting budgets and timelines to Buyers and Project teams
