Director of Operations

to own the systems, structure, and governance that allow our supply chain and fulfilment operation to scale reliably as we grow into a more complex, multi-brand business under the Hims & Hers umbrella.

This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of operations, supply chain, commercial delivery, and cross-functional execution.

You will be responsible for making sure the operation works - not just today, but as we transition to the Hims & Hers brand, treat more conditions, and grow order volumes over the next few years.

You will report into the VP of Operations Assurance at Hims & Hers, leading a small but growing team.
