Requirements

Bachelor's, graduate degree, or equivalent in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, or Economics related field.

3-5 years' experience in performance marketing, marketing analysis, campaign reporting, digital analytics, or similar field, either client or agency-side.

Proven experience in performance marketing, attribution, conversion analysis, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition.

Experience with multi-channel marketing including email, paid search, paid social, display, video, website, and social media.

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

Hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 to measure campaign performance, track conversions, and develop actionable insights.

Director, Analytics & Insights

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst who is responsible for evaluating and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and mass media channels within our Lottery business.

Working closely with Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Lottery Operations, agencies, and vendors, the Marketing Analyst will provide an understanding of campaign effectiveness and revenue contribution through campaign reporting, attribution, audience strategy, testing, and post-campaign analysis.

This role supports marketing performance measurement and attribution, with a focus on turning campaign, audience, channel, and conversion data into clear insights that help teams make better decisions, improve supporter engagement, and grow revenue.

Measure and report on integrated campaign performance across mail, email, phone, SMS, paid media, organic social, website, video, and other marketing channels.
