Requirements
Minimum of 5 years Production/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
ASME experience preferred.
Ability to drive world class quality strategies and processes
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
Experience with Six Sigma methodology is a plus

Responsibilities
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Quality and Engineering Team, will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through process planning and design, floor documentation, workflow optimization, standard work, visual factory, and continuous improvement.
This role provides technical leadership in evaluating and developing manufacturing processes and suppliers with a focus on quality, cost, and logistics, while ensuring outsourced operations meet business requirements, quality standards, and milestone commitments.
This position reports to Quality and Engineering Manager.
Responsible for maximizing product line efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, quality improvements, and work force utilization.
Implement Engineering Change Orders, including creating and/or revising process control documentation, tooling, fixturing and conducting operator training as necessary for assigned product line.
Lead standard work and cell design activities utilizing Lean tools.
