Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay ranges for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, are listed below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

We are seeking an Insurance Servicing Specialist who thrives in a high-velocity, fully digital environment and takes ownership of outcomes.

This role requires someone who is computer-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.

You will work directly with customers, carriers, sales agents, loan officers, and third parties to ensure policies remain accurate, compliant, and active.

You will play a critical role across the entire customer lifecycle, from post-bind servicing to renewals and non-renewals, underwriting issues, cancellations, and policy changes.
