Clinical Team Lead - RN

A licensed registered nurse authorized to practice in the state of Ohio.

Education: Based on the licensure credentials noted above, the Clinical Team Lead must a graduate of an accredited nursing program with Baccalaureate or master’s degree in nursing or related field, preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years’ clinical experience, with at least one (1) year in home health required.

Demonstrates basic keyboarding and computer skills and is able to use agency software.

Must have use of automobile in good working condition

Assures patient visits are scheduled to the appropriate field clinician and seeks direction from the Clinical Director/Clinical Manager when unsure of how to proceed.

Monitors patient records for RCD or billing readiness

Assists with retrieving and submitting necessary patient documentation for UTN assignment.

Reviews patient documentation that establishes home health eligibility (Face to Face, plans of care, provider orders, etc.)

Monitors the online website of the fiscal intermediary (Palmetto) for affirmations of submitted RCD documents.

Once the affirmation is received, assures the UTN number is added to the patient record in the electronic medical record for billing.
