Proposal Marketing Associate, Remote, West Coast (Land Development & Public Works)

5+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in Land Development, Public Works, municipal infrastructure, or civil engineering

Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for public agencies, municipalities, or land development clients

Strong understanding of public procurement processes, capture strategy, and competitive positioning

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)

Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and business line directors

In this role, you will lead proposal strategy and execution for high-priority, complex pursuits and serve as a strategic partner to business line leadership.

This position is well suited for a senior AEC marketing professional who understands public sector procurement and land development markets and is comfortable owning capture strategy from early positioning through final delivery.

Partner with Land Development and Public Works leadership to align proposals with growth strategies and target markets

Advise business development and operations teams on messaging specific to municipalities, public agencies, developers, and infrastructure clients

Develop and refine technical proposal narratives related to site development, civil engineering, transportation, water/wastewater, and public infrastructure projects
