3-5 years applicable experience in the DoD/Federal industry and/or in positions with equivalent experience.
Experience with CPSR audits.
Experience in Hybrid Commercial / FAR compliant environment a plus.

Responsibilities
AEVEX Aerospace seeks an experienced detail-oriented Subcontract Administrator to support multiple business units in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment.
The Subcontract Administrator works with the AEVEX team of procurement professionals, in support of DoD programs, to assure compliance with applicable procedures, regulations and legal requirements including FAR/DFARs and International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Under limited supervision, the Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for activities that span the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to: negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements, preparation of solicitation packages to subcontractors, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions, subcontract administration, issue resolution, and closeout activities.
Responsible for review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
Responsible for Proposal support of multiple business units
Responsible for source selection and finding suppliers and vendors that meet the goals of the company
