Bachelor’s degree in clinical nursing, education or related field required with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a neonatal nurse, neonatal qualified RRT, Neonatal NP or PA, or physician working with neonatal patients required.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

The Health Care Educator-NRP is responsible for providing instruction and skills testing for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program course (NRP) for MHC employees throughout the MHC system.  The educator possesses good communication, teaching and feedback skills.  The educator is required to teach at least two courses per year for Munson Healthcare.
