Requirements
Experience coordinating gift products or books across a variety of creative contributors\u2014including licensors, writers, brands, illustrators, and others\u2014along with proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders across departments
2+ years working in editorial/publishing, gift product, packaging, or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is $30,000-$35,000 for the six month project period. Salary can vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and location \u2014 talk with your recruiter to learn more. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.

Responsibilities
\u00A0Edit and manage gift titles with varying levels of content
Develop outlines for gift titles, collaborate with production on formats, package, edit, and/or write manuscripts, oversee schedules, and independently manage list
Audit Gift & Specialty backlist titles within internal systems; update and manage title information
Collaborate extensively with the Gift & Specialty editorial team; help traffic projects as needed
Help create and manage schedules for the Knock Knock and Em & Friends list
Manage profit and loss statements, production estimates and format development, and maintain project budgets
