Senior UX Researcher

5+ years of experience in UX Research, ideally in B2B, multi-product, and scale-up environments.

Strong experience with mixed-methods research, and the ability to choose the right method for the problem.

Proven ability to enable non-researchers to conduct research while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience conducting strategic discovery research beyond feature validation.

Strong synthesis and communication skills — able to turn insights into clear narratives that influence decisions.

Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a pragmatic and impact-driven mindset.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling Stay22’s user research practice across all product squads. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong ownership and influence, operating as a service-level function supporting Product, Design, Data, and Leadership.

Your mission is twofold:

Enable Product Managers to run high-quality, autonomous discovery, with the right guardrails, tools, and coaching.

Lead strategic and cross-team research initiatives, ensuring we focus on solving the highest-value customer problems.

You will own research operations, standards, and synthesis, while remaining hands-on for high-impact discovery work and ambiguous problem spaces. This role lays the foundation for a future research function and may evolve into a people leadership role over time.
