Manages full-life cycle recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, assessments, work within ATS, background checks, substance screening, create offer letters, onboarding, etc.) for all candidates within designated region/area; utilizes direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, employee referrals and creative sourcing expertise to identify qualified candidates.

Develops a thorough understanding of the marketplace in which we recruit and establishes networks; maintains awareness of competitor data, industry trends and best-in-class recruitment practices.

Extract and analyze data from ATS and other systems used by the TA team; provide weekly reports to key stakeholders and make recommendations to improve process efficiency.
