Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities

iCapital is looking to hire a Client Solutions Analyst to join the International Client Solutions team with a focus on Latin America (LATAM).

This individual will contribute to the development of new and existing prospects and relationships to support the growth and execution of the LATAM business.  The role will focus on maintaining and expanding relationships primarily with banks, independent broker dealers, family offices and small institutions across LATAM that are interested in expanding their exposure to alternative investments.

This individual will also work extensively with partners in the region which include Unicorn Strategic Partners and Lynk Markets.

Assist the lead coverage team and Unicorn with pitching and onboarding new businesses, including the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RPFs) and presentation of platform demonstrations.

Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and Unicorn to ensure new clients and advisors are properly trained to use the platform and are provided with adequate hands-on support during their first trades.

Assist in development and rollout of Lynk ETNs as an alternative access point to alternative investments in the region.
