As Veo's Brand Ambassador, you will serve as an on-the-ground presence in the Georgetown, National Mall, and Wharf service areas, ensuring vehicle availability, customer experience, and brand visibility throughout your shift.

This role blends technician work with community engagement - you'll keep vehicles compliant and customer-ready, keep sidewalks clear, and serve as a visble, approachable representative of the Veo brand.

Your impact will be measured by vehicle availability, sidewalk compliance, and the quality of the customer experience in your service areas.

Sidewalk Management: Ensure sidewalks are clear and free from improperly parked vehicles.

Vehicle Compliance: Relocate vehicles to designated bike racks or approved parking areas.

Quality Control: Inspect, test, and prepare vehicles to ensure they are customer-ready.
