Responsibilities
The Senior Business & Strategy Analyst will be part of the internal consulting group (Business Analytics) within bswift, responsible for partnering across the company to influence effective datadriven decisions that drive growth and profitability. This is a fastmoving, highimpact role requiring someone who can rapidly contextswitch across priorities, operate with analytical rigor, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate their work. The role provides detailed reporting, business case development, and analysis used by leaders across the company to reach our goals.
