Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in building cleaning and maintenance work.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
Ability to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner.
Ability to acquire job skills with three months of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities
Conduct protocol and safety walks; document findings, drive corrective actions, and ensure timely closure to meet KPI goals.
Enforce clean‑room and PPE compliance and address all audit‑checklist violations.
Maintain standardized, compliant, and clearly visible signage across all areas.
Manage FOUP/FOSB workflows: daily tag-and-sweep, blue‑rack emptying, storage coordination, and shipments to reclaim.
Perform routine equipment checks (e.g., vacuum wands) and conduct quarterly particle sampling with trend reporting.
Support inspections (CUPA, fire), emergency response events, customer visits, and BU cleanup activities.
