Program Manager, Sonar Systems

Experience in defence and aerospace programs desirable

Desire and capability to interact effectively with customers to influence, negotiate, assure a level of intimacy and satisfaction, and grow the assigned portfolio

It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.

Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data, classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations.

We currently have a Program Management opportunity on our Sonar Systems team within our Air & Naval division in either Halifax or Ottawa.

The Program Manager, Sonar Systems will be responsible for the achievement of program milestones and customer interfacing.

Plan, monitor, and control the work on the program and maintain overall accountability for the cost, schedule, risk, and profit performance of the assigned portfolio through metrics and techniques

Ensure compliance for technical and programmatic requirements within program budgets

Ensure all services and products are completed on time and on budget to customer requirements

Lead program reviews, both internally and with the customer, reporting and providing status of activities on a timely basis
