Maintenance Technician

Four (4) years of experience with welding, cutting, gearbox repair, pump alignment, material handling systems, preventive maintenance, and/or instrument and electrical work in an industrial processing facility or in a machine shop

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and industrial processing machinery

Knowledge of PLC, Instrumentation, Ladder Logic, MCC’s and Electrical systems

Ability to read electrical and equipment schematics

Ability to provide instruction with respect to computer control systems and machine operation/repair

Pipefitting and Millwright/Fabrication experience

This safety sensitive position maintains and repairs operating equipment for a soybean crushing and biodiesel plant.

Primary function is to ensure that the machinery and equipment in the plant remain in good working order to optimize plant productivity and efficiencies.

Responsible for complying with all applicable Company standards and government regulations.

Maintenance responsibilities include project and outage work.

This position may also be responsible for activities related to Pipefitting and Millwright/Fabrication.
