Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience, including configuration, data conversion/loading, and end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT) — M&A integration or rapid deployment experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience executing data migrations: extracting source data, mapping to target templates, validating quality, and coordinating loads.

Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion across at minimum two of: Financials/RTR, Procurement/PTP, Manufacturing/DTB, Inventory/WMS, Order Management/OTC, or Project Accounting/PTC.

Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design — experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion is a significant plus.

Proven ability to work in agile/sprint-based delivery environments; comfortable writing user stories, tracking work in PM tools (Airtable, Jira, or equivalent), and iterating quickly.

, including to acquired company sites domestically and internationally, for discovery, onboarding, testing, and Go-live support.

Responsibilities

to join the M&A Business Systems team and own hands-on integration work across our full acquisition portfolio.

This is not just a maintenance-and-support role you will be embedded in the full integration lifecycle from the moment a deal closes: involved in onsite discovery, providing fit/gap analyses, completing build/configuration, converting data, executing test scenarios, and supporting Go-Lives at acquired sites.

You'll be the person who ensures a newly acquired company can actually operate from day one inside Anduril's enterprise systems across all work streams.

You will work directly with the broader M&A systems team, collaborating across EngOS/PLM (Teamcenter), home-grown manufacturing and planning systems (Forge, MRPSpeed), customer and contract mgmt (Salesforce), and the Oracle Fusion ERP core spanning procurement, inventory, order management and finance/accounting.

Own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations: extract source data, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules for undefined fields, validate data quality and leverage AI tools to eliminate manual work and build repeatable processes for future acquisitions

Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new acquisitions, translating operational, accounting and legal requirements into application design decisions for ERP and satellite system teams.

Team

The M&A Business Systems team is the tip of the spear when Anduril acquires a new company. We are a small, fast-moving team responsible for integrating acquired companies into Anduril's Oracle Fusion ERP and best in class internal tools. We operate an aggressive acquisition roadmap and run multiple integration programs in parallel at any given time, enabling operations across the U.S. and internationally.
