Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the full US benefits lifecycle, including enrollment, open enrollment, life event changes, leaves of absence, retirement plan administration, and employee terminations.
This role partners closely with employees, managers, payroll, brokers, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-focused benefits delivery.
The role will serve as the primary owner of U.S.
benefits and a centralized point of coordination for global benefits programs.
