Ability to work and follow simple oral and/or written instructions.

Reading ability sufficient to identify labels correctly and read simple instructions.

Cooperative attitude towards co-workers, leader and supervisor.

Selection, placement, and formation of wire lead on harness form-boards.

Application of cable tie fasteners using hand-held manual and pneumatically operated tools.

These tools may require squeezing and/or trigger operation.

Application of various types of insulation, tubing and braided sleeve over wires and related operations such as application of electrical tape or heat shrinking using a heat gun up to 1000 degrees.

Plugging terminated wires into connector housing.

This requires the identification of the proper connector cavity, pushing of terminated wire into cavity and pulling on wire to verify proper retention.
