Responsibilities
As the Legal Counsel at Prolific, you’ll lead our commercial contracting work and provide clear, pragmatic legal support across the business.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Services and other key stakeholders to drive efficient contracting, enable growth, and help teams make informed decisions.

Lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Maintain and improve standard terms, templates, and contracting processes to speed up deal cycles.
Support RFPs and tender submissions, particularly for government and academic institutions.
