Field Service Technician 2

3–5 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred.

3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred.

Ability to complete advanced diagnostics, repairs, and documentation.

Strong understanding of installation practices for windows and doors.

The Field Service Technician 2 is responsible for performing advanced field diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of window and door systems, materials, and installation practices, as well as the ability to lead multi-technician jobs, conduct water tests, and handle escalated warranty concerns.

Apply all knowledge and skills required of a Field Service Technician 1, including basic repairs, inspections, safety compliance, inventory, vehicle operation, and customer service.

Window & Door Knowledge:

Demonstrate expertise in multiple window types (single-hung, double-hung, casement, sliding) and door systems, including repair and replacement techniques.

Work with different window and door materials (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and various glass types) with proper techniques and care.
