Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of product design and development experience in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal systems, or related industries.

Demonstrated success leading multiple product development programs from concept through production release.

Experience serving as the lead engineer for at least one major product platform or product family.

Proficiency in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product validation methods.

Ability to influence technical direction and drive results within a global, cross-functional organization.

Experience with residential HVAC systems, heat pumps, inverter drive systems, , air handling equipment, refrigeration systems, or thermal management products.

You will drive the development of advanced residential HVAC products from concept through production, influencing system architecture, engineering analysis, detailed design, validation, and product performance.

As a recognized technical expert, you will collaborate across global engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, service, applications, quality, and product management teams to deliver industry-leading solutions.
