Responsibilities
In this role, you will own the end-to-end candidate experience operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC building a high-performing team of coordinators and ensuring every candidate who interacts with MongoDB leaves with a positive and lasting impression — regardless of outcome.
You will be a strategic partner to the Recruiting leadership team, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and regional consistency across a distributed team.
Develop and lead a globally distributed team of Candidate Experience Leads & Coordinators (CECs) across multiple regions including US, EMEA, and APAC
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics such as scheduling SLAs, candidate satisfaction (NPS), and coordinator productivity
Drive adoption of new tools and automation to increase coordinator efficiency using AI
