User Research, Lead

5+ years of experience in user experience research, with a strong portfolio of work.

Hands-on experience using AI tools to support and accelerate research.

A track record of working closely with Designers and Product Managers throughout the product development process.

Experience running research within software programs such as early access, beta, or design partner programs.

We're looking for a Lead User Researcher to join our Design team on a 12-month contract.

You'll step into a research practice with strong foundations.

leading research across the product portfolio, working closely with Design and Product Management, and helping mature and scale how we do research as a still-growing team.

A key part of this role is running research inside our software programs — early access, beta, and design partner programs — where you'll help us learn directly from the customers using our products before and during launch.

You'll report to the Director of Design and be a trusted voice in shaping product decisions.

Lead end-to-end research — design, run, and synthesize studies that inform product and design strategy.
