Responsibilities
Growth Surfaces and Upgrade Flows
You'll build the frontend experiences that drive self-serve conversion: upgrade modals, plan comparison views, usage limit messaging, gating experiences, and in-product CTAs.
These need to feel native to the product, not bolted on.
You'll work closely with product to design, test, and iterate on these flows based on real user behavior and experiment results.
Experimentation Infrastructure
You'll own the frontend side of the growth experimentation stack.
