The MongoDB Communications team is looking for a strategic and versatile communications professional to serve as our Product Communications Manager.

This role is the connective tissue for product storytelling at MongoDB — surfacing the narratives, wins, and momentum happening across the business and turning them into external stories that build credibility with builders, customers, and the media.

Reporting to the Product Communications Lead, you'll work in close partnership with Product Marketing and act as a conduit for cross-functional product storytelling, pulling threads from teams across the business — including Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Strategic Events, and Builder Relations — into a cohesive narrative.

This is a hands-on role spanning story mining, executive thought leadership, and media relations, with scope across MongoDB's full product portfolio.

This role is based in the U.S., with hybrid or remote options available.

Own story mining across the business: proactively surface product narratives — customer wins, feature milestones, roadmap moments, and engineering deep-dives — worth pitching to media and other external audiences
