The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $147,000 - $210,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Responsibilities
At Vercel, we're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing People team.
In this role, you will support our EPD functions—including Engineering, Product, Data and Design—by acting as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to their leaders and teams.
You will play a critical role in helping these organizations scale effectively, navigate change, and build high-performing, engaged teams aligned with Vercel’s culture and values.
Partner with EPD leadership to align people strategy with function and business objectives
Partner closely on org design and talent reviews to assess whether the organization has the right people in the right roles and aligned to the highest-impact work.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence strategic decision-making.
