Requirements
Nutrafol is looking for a CRM Manager to join our Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will own the execution, optimization, and quality of lifecycle and retention programs across Email, SMS, Push, and App. You will manage and support CRM Associates, provide QA oversight, and ensure campaigns and journeys are launched accurately, on time, and aligned to business goals.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading execution. You know how to balance hands-on work with review and guidance, and you take ownership of both performance and quality. You enjoy partnering cross-functionally and operating within complex CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.
6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar)
At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring CRM Associates or junior team members
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and always-on lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and App
Manage and support CRM Associates by assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing builds, and providing coaching and feedback
Own final QA oversight and launch approval for CRM campaigns and journeys, ensuring accuracy across targeting, content, timing, and tracking
Serve as the primary day-to-day CRM partner for Design and Coding teams, managing briefs, feedback, feasibility, and execution to ensure launches are production-ready and on time
Define and maintain clear timelines, briefs, and execution standards for CRM initiatives
Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement, conversion, and retention performance
