Production Supervisor

D shift hours are Friday night 5pm – 5am, Saturday night 5pm -5am Sunday night 5pm -5am

Meeting daily the output, OEE, iDC target on the dedicated equipment.

Driving daily improvements (output, OEE, iDC)  to ensure targets are met or deviations are compensated for.

Monitor and react quickly to deviations and critical process indicators / SMC data on the shop floor. Perform process confirmations as required to ensure standards are adhered to.

Execute process trials with MFE guidance as needed to improve process understanding and support improvements.

Mentor and train operators and technicians in process knowledge, reaction plans and troubleshooting skills to improve output, OEE and iDC. Participate in expert team meeting exchanges with the lead plant / establish working relationship.

Lead shopfloor associate's in safety, Quality, and Cost driven performance at PSE department.  Monitor shift results to KPI targets to meet departmental objectives and react quickly to deviations to product flow and equipment/operational topics.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all production and personnel activities in the department on shift including, but not limited to:  Training, conducting corrective counseling/disciplinary action; preparing and conducting performance appraisals, support upgrades, transfers, hires, and terminations, evaluating and approving requests for time off/overtime; resolving disputes, etc.

Act as a team role model to positively lead and influence team members to partner together and achieve individual and business goals.

Coordinate production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently.

Create and sustain a cultural environment which develops key talent for manufacturing.
