Requirements
five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.
Demonstrated experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows.
Experience managing issue tracking systems and workflow automation.
Experience integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required.

Responsibilities
SOSi is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer.
The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.
Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, projects, and issue tracking systems.
Manage and optimize JIRA configurations to meet business and technical requirements.
Integrate JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, and other DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to JIRA administration.
