Requirements

Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an equivalent administrative role within an automotive dealership.

Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts, as well as manufacturer warranty procedures.

Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, especially in handling financial and compliance-related documentation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex warranty guidelines to team members and external contacts.

Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Claim Submission & Tracking:

Prepare, submit, and track all warranty claims daily to manufacturers or third-party providers to ensure prompt payment

Compliance & Auditing:

Audit repair orders for proper documentation, labor times, and codes, ensuring strict adherence to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies; promptly addressing any discrepancies or unpaid claims

teams, managing detailed documents and ensuring compliance with all warranty policies and procedures.
