Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, QUERY functions, ARRAYFORMULA, and cross-sheet integrations.
Deep understanding of compensation principles, including market pricing, job leveling, pay bands, salary structures, and equity programs.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with deep expertise in People Analytics and Compensation to lead data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, strong analytical and modeling capabilities, and the ability to influence compensation strategy on a global scale.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines technical excellence, business acumen, and deep knowledge of global compensation frameworks. This individual will independently drive complex analyses, advise stakeholders, and shape programs that support equitable and competitive talent strategies.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced Google Sheets dashboards and models for workforce metrics, compensation benchmarking, and headcount planning.
Own and deliver complex analyses across multiple geographic regions, providing strategic insights on global compensation structures, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
Drive the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus design, equity refresh cycles, and financial impact modeling.
