Responsibilities
We are looking for a People Business Partner to own the day-to-day HR partnership for our Customer Experience (CX), Data, and G&A teams.
You will report to the Manager, People Business Partner.
Drive the day-to-day HRBP relationship for Marketing, CX, Data, and G&A, managing performance cases end-to-end and escalating complex situations
Use data and trends across your client groups to spot organizational risk early and recommend action before it becomes a bigger problem
Cultivate deep relationships across departments, becoming the advisor leaders turn to before a small friction point becomes a big problem
Use AI to automate repeatable tasks and streamline workflows so your time can be spent on tasks that require human judgment
