Responsibilities
The Learning Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Wall Street Prep’s Learning team.
This individual serves as the operational backbone for seminar delivery, ensuring that instructor staffing, internal coordination, and system tracking are executed with precision.
This role acts as the central point of coordination across the Learning, Program Management, and Instructor teams—helping ensure all training programs are staffed efficiently, communicated clearly, and tracked accurately across systems.
