Requirements

: A Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

: 3-5 years in product/UX design, ideally within SaaS, B2B/Enterprise, or complex digital products and workflows.

Craft: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve functional problems in complex spaces. You can translate strategy into solutions that are strong, scalable and considered at system level.

Curiosity: You are eager to learn about the payments industry and financial products, and to follow industry trends and innovations.

Responsibilities

Design & Execute:

Take ownership of design projects from concept to hand-off. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces, including AI features that will drive more value for our customers.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, viable, and delivered to a high standard.

Data-Informed Design:

Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate your decisions.

team in Chicago. We are responsible for building the financial backbone for the world’s leading platforms.

As the lines between payments and banking blur, Adyen offers financial products like Accounts, Capital, and Issuing to enterprise platforms. In this role, you will connect high-stakes financial flows where precision is critical. You will translate complex business logic into trustworthy, well-crafted solutions for our business banking customers, while contributing to our design system and operational excellence.
