Requirements

At least 4-6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or category management.

Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, INCOTERMS 2010, Import/Export requirements related to Thai regulations; and supply chain lead and processes , and contract negotiation.

POSITION INFORMATION

Responsibilities

Manage and execute operational purchasing tasks as delegated by the Purchasing Manager in line with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines, and procedures for Indirect Materials (IM) in close cooperation with local stakeholders and GP in support of the company’s business targets.

This position is based in Chonburi and reported to Assistant Purchasing Manager.

About the Company

Place and follow up orders in Matrix based on agreements/contracts when relevant

Execute invoice control according to company guidelines

Implement the Category Management Concept for selected IM categories

Report on agreed on KPIs to Purchasing Manager
