Solutions Analyst, Visa Direct Solutions Management

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

or Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) with 1–3 years of experience

Work Hours:

Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Responsibilities:

Support client discovery sessions and workshops by gathering information, documenting requirements, and assisting with cross border use case analysis.

Assist Solutions Managers with preparing solution proposals, implementation plans, and readiness materials.

Support onboarding and integration activities for cross-border clients and partners under guidance from senior team members.

Build foundational knowledge of the payment ecosystem, including banks, processors, correspondent banks, fintech’s, and FX providers.

Support the design and delivery of client solutions under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to business growth and client success.
