At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment

Responsibilities

As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (internally known as Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services.

You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service.

You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.

You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab.

You are able to identify opportunities and deliver on customer-centric solutions while using empathy, focus, and compassion in all interactions with patients and teammates.
