Responsibilities
The Area Leader is a multi-unit business owner responsible for leading a portfolio of stores through people leadership, merchant leadership, area strategy, enlightened hospitality, and operational excellence.
This role balances inspirational leadership with disciplined execution—driving profitable growth, exceptional customer experience, and strong leadership bench across the area.
Model Faherty style guide and personal appearance standards.
Maintain Home Store as a Hub of Excellence.
Builds and Develops Leadership Bench
Own succession planning and development.
