Field Service Technician - New Hampshire (6 month Temporary Assignment)

2+ year's experience specific to electrical installations and service

Must be able to use a computer and work across multiple applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Commercial or Residential Electrical license desired

High school diploma or GED or better

Valid state driver license, insurable, clean DMV REQUIRED

Effective communication skills; Presentation skills.

Enphase Energy\u202Fis\u202Flooking for a\u202FField Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment to provide on-site support to our Distribution and Installation Partners. This role will be responsible for making sure best-in-class service is provided.

This position requires regular travel, up to 50% depending on the assigned territory. Travel may include out-of-state trips, overnight stays, and extended travel periods of up to two weeks at a time. Candidates must be able to accommodate a flexible travel.

Serve as a liaison between the scheduling team and homeowners to coordinate customer site visits and ensure alignment between Enphase Customer Support and system owner.
